I'm Francesco De Giorgio, a software engineer. I spent ten years inside systems that could not afford mistakes: Telepass, Autostrade, LuisaViaRoma. Who is behind this
A computer engineer with a degree from the University of Pisa, raised on digital payments and large e‑commerce, today team leader at RJC Soft and founder of Prenoo and Ci vediamo in Calabria. Anything with circuits inside fascinates me: computers, synthesizers, microwave ovens. When I'm not writing code, I make music.
Questions
The things people always ask
Do you only work in Pisa?+
No. Pisa is my base, but I work remotely with clients across Italy and abroad: calls, regular demos and online delivery. When it matters, I travel.
Do you publish the app on the stores yourself?+
Yes, I handle it: developer accounts, store listings, screenshots and the Apple and Google review process. I have already done it for Sunset Beach Club, Single Fin and FanMsn.
How does the quote work?+
First we talk about the project, then you get a written proposal with costs and timing. No commitment until you approve it, and if something changes along the way you hear it straight away.
Do the website and the app stay mine?+
Yes: code, domain and accounts are all in your name. If one day you want to continue with someone else, you are free to do so.
Do you also work on existing websites?+
Yes: restyling, rebuilds and maintenance. I start by reviewing what is already there, then tell you plainly what I would keep and what I would change.
